Pueblo Community College

While founded as a vocational school in 1933, Pueblo Community College has expanded its role but hasn’t deviated from its original mission of providing its students with the skills needed to enjoy great careers. Now a comprehensive college, PCC enables students to earn certificates or associate degrees and also have their credits transferred to four-year colleges or universities in Colorado to pursuit a bachelor’s degree.

PCC’s amenities are many. It offers more than 70 programs, and students are able to learn in modern facilities containing state-of-the-art equipment on beautiful campuses in Pueblo and Canon City. Programs range widely from the health career-based to the highly technical to the arts and sciences.

Course options also are abundant. There are full-term and short-term classes, evening and weekend offerings, telecourses, and the opportunity to learn online. Designated a Hispanic-serving institution, PCC has an easily-accessible support system such as free tutors and computer labs that contribute to educational success.

Information about PCC is available via its website at www.pueblocc.edu or by phone at 719-549-3200 in Pueblo or 719-296-6100 in Canon City.
