11th Annual Restaurant Expo and Culinary Arts Show.
On March 18, 2007, more than 40 of southern Colorado's best
restaurants and caterers are gathering at the Broadmoor Hotel (Colorado Hall)
for the biggest culinary show of 2007! Sample food from participating
restaurants and enjoy special tastings of wine and beer from local purveyors.
Watch the area's best chefs compete "Iron Chef" style for the coveted Chef de
Cuisine trophy. One cost for admission gets guests into all of the day's events.
Funds raised will benefit Memorial Health System Foundation and the Colorado
ProStart Program.
Participating restaurants will include The Craftwood Inn, The Broadmoor,
Paravicinis, The Mason Jar, The Ritz Grill, Solos, The Melting Pot, Flying W
Ranch, Alpine Chef Catering, Rocky Mountain Waffles, The Ranch House, Slayton's
BBQ, Sonterra Grill, Salsa Brava, Phantom Canyon, Pikes Peak Culinary Program,
The Briarhurst Manor, La Casita, Paragon Culinary School, The Black Bear, Black
Tie Catering, Bristol Brewery, Front Range BBQ, Mozaic, Jake and Telly's, and
many more.
Event sponsors include the Colorado Restaurant Association Pikes Peak Chapter,
American Culinary Federation Pikes Peak Chapter, Memorial Health Systems
