The VERONIKA STRING QUARTET
The Veronika String Quartet will present the “Miracle of Mozart” on Saturday,
February 17, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Colorado
Springs and on Sunday, February 18, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. at the Sangre de Cristo
Arts Center Theater in Pueblo. Performances will feature violist Catherine
Hanson as guest artist in Mozart’s Viola Quintet in C Major, K.515. The program
will also include String Quartet Op. 51, No. 2 by Johannes Brahms and the
premiere performance of String Quartet No. 4 by Colorado composer Charles Eakin
who has dedicated this work to the Veronika String Quartet. Tickets for the

The Veronika String Quartet serves as Artists-in-Residence for Colorado State
University-Pueblo and the Pueblo Symphony. The Quartet has performed extensively
throughout Europe, Russia and the United States. The repertoire of the Veronika
Quartet ranges from Haydn and Beethoven to twentieth-century works. The Quartet
has recorded with the Warner Brothers, Narada and North Word Press labels.
