What a Snow Job

To many of us that are Colorado natives, or those that have lived here for a while, we have become accustomed to large snowstorms now and then. We have always been able to withstand those couple of days with lots of snow, knowing that within a few days, the sun would be out and we continue our lives. I mean the golf course would still be closed, but the schools would be in session and for some, the skiing is great.

But this Storm, “wow”!!!, when will it end. Ice everywhere, the roads are awful, we have to think twice about going to the local grocery store, much less consider a trip to the Ski Area. There is a bright side, there have not been that many accidents, power outages and yes, in Southeast Colorado (Home), it is bad, but could have been worse. Lets think about the future, be positive, the moisture will help the entire state. Until next time, I must go buy another shovel, maybe some snow tires.
