Armendáriz-Madrid
She is the daughter of Robert L. Armendáriz of Colorado Springs and Brenda M. Garcia of Pueblo. She is a 1996 graduate of South High School and New Mexico State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and cultural studies in 2002. She currently is a first grade teacher in Phoenix, AZ and pursuing graduate studies at the University of Phoenix. Her fiancée is the son of Albert and Ester Madrid Sr. of Las Cruces, NM. He is a 2005 graduate of New Mexico State University, where he received a degree in architectural technology and general drafting. He is currently employed by ADD/FITCH Architectural Design, Scottsdale, AZ.
