Penrose-St. Francis 2006 Community Flu Shot Clinics
Penrose-St. Francis is pleased once again to offer this community service.
The cost is $26 for flu shots, $30 for FluMist, $40 for pneumonia shots. No
charge for flu shots for those with Medicare Part B, Secure Horizons HMO or
Rocky Mountain Health Plan, must show card. Flu shots will be given to those 6
months and older. FluMist is available to healthy individuals aged 5 – 49 years
old.

Sun, Dec 10, 1 - 3 pm
Penrose Community Hospital Campus - Surgicenter Lobby, 3207 N. Academy Blvd.
Mon, Oct 23, 4 - 6 pm
Tue, Nov 14, 4 - 6 pm
CCOM will also offer the following clinics for $20 - cash, check or charge – no
debit cards.
Walk-in shots are also available at both locations Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm
while supplies last.
