Aldaz to lead Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Colorado Springs is under new leadership.
Mr. Joe V. Aldaz Jr. assumed the duties as Executive Director in an effort to
move the Hispanic Chamber in a new and positive direction. A United States Air
Force Academy graduate, Mr. Aldaz brings over three years of non-profit
executive leadership and management to the position as well as serving 21 years
as an Air Force leader, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Not only does Mr. Aldaz bring executive director experience to the position,
he also has expertise in non-profit program development, college athletic
administration and program development and budget, personnel, and resource
management experience.
Additionally, Mr. Aldaz has experience as a senior system analyst and
enterprise architect in the local defense industry. The diverse background of
Mr. Aldaz positions him to make a significant impact on the chamber with growth
as one of his main priorities due to his many ties to the Colorado Springs
community.
