Sports Physicals for high school students scheduled
With fall just around the corner, Penrose-St. Francis Health Service,
Colorado Sports and Spine Centers and Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group along
with area physicians will be providing athletic physicals for School districts
20 and 11 high school and middle school students. The event will take place on
Sat, Aug 5, 2006, from 8 am - 1 pm at the Audubon Medical center, 3030 N.
Circle Dr. A fee of $20 cash/check only will be due upon registration. You may

Open to School Districts 11 and 20 students only.
Note : students with a history of asthma/heart conditions, and head injuries
or concussions need to be seen by their personal physicians.
