Working to Improve Access to Counsel in Juvenile Justice
A no-cost workshop to address the social, cultural, economic and educational
causes of Minority Over-representation (MOR) throughout the juvenile justice
system, and to introduce some tools that will encourage movement toward becoming
culturally competent.
