Memorial Hospital Flu Shot Clinic Update
With the flu season quickly approaching, Memorial Hospital is offering
several public flu shot clinics for people 18 years of age and older. Residents
younger than 18 are encouraged to contact their primary care provider or the El
Paso County Health Department. Note: Pregnant women less than 14 weeks gestation
are required to have a physician order.
Dates and locations:
• Wednesday, October 19, 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Citadel Mall, lower level by
J.C. Penny’s.
• Saturday, October 22, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Senior Center – 1514 N. Hancock.
• Thursday, October 27, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Memorial Hospital Urgent Care –
Briargate Campus, 8890 N. Union.
• Friday, October 28, 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the City Auditorium “Life After 50
Event” – 221 E. Kiowa.
• Thursday, November 3, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Memorial Hospital Urgent Care –
Springs Medical Center, 2502 E. Pikes Peak.
The cost for vaccinations is $21. Current HealthLink 50-plus and Kaiser members
will be charged $17 when presenting membership card at registration. Payment
options include cash, check, debit card and credit card. Medicare is also
accepted with presentation of ID card at registration.
