Memorial Hospital HealthLink Hosts Flu Shot Clinics
Memorial Hospital HealthLink will provide flu shot vaccinations this fall.
Clinics are open to anyone 9-years-old and older and children older than six
months to 8-years-old except those children who have never received a flu shot.
Immunizations for children less than 6-months-old will not be provided. The
times and locations for these clinics are listed below and are subject to
change.

The cost for flu vaccinations is $21 per person (Medicare accepted with
presentation of ID card at registration). HealthLink 50+ and Kaiser members pay
$17 with valid membership card. Payment can be made by cash, check, debit card
or credit card.
