Summer Literacy Institutes – Elementary School
Students entering grades 1-5 improve reading, writing and math skills and enjoy
enrichment.
June 1 - July 2, 8 a.m. - 12 noon. Cost - $60. Contact any D-11 elementary
school.
Summer Literacy Institutes – Middle School
Students entering grades 6-8 improve reading, writing and math skills and enjoy
enrichment.
June 1 - July 2, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Cost - $60. Contact any D-11 middle
school.
YMCA Adventures in Learning Camp
Students entering grades 3-5 in a D-11 Title I school improve literacy skills
and enjoy enrichment.
Morning literacy program and afternoon enrichment including field trips and
swimming.
June 1 - July 2. Licensed daycare available on site 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Contact Adams, Rogers, Twain or Washington elementary school.
Credit Recovery Courses at Tesla Educational Opportunity Center
High school students catch up on credits or get ahead for next year.
June 14 - July 1, 7:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-4:30 p.m., Cost - $165 per class.
