3rd Annual Foundation Golf Tournament Set For August 2nd
The third annual St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center’s Foundation golf tournament
will take place at Walking Stick Golf Course on Monday, August 2. To begin the
18 holes of golf, the Flight for Life helicopter will drop 1,000 golf balls at
12:30 p.m. During the exciting ball drop, $2,500 will be awarded for the ball
closest to the pin! Tee off will then begin at 1 p.m.
Deadline for registration is Thursday, July 15 and there is a limit on teams.
Spots fill up fast so start forming your teams and register quickly. The cost is
$100 per golfer, with four golfers per team.
The afternoon will conclude with a dinner at Rosario’s at 6 p.m. where prizes
will be awarded. After the final scores from the three flights have been
tabulated, the winner of each flight will receive a gourmet dinner for their
foursome and their spouses prepared by St. Mary-Corwin’s very own Chef Jimmie
Hernandez.
