The Pueblo Symphony Mardis Gras, Dinner and Dance Benefit for The Pueblo SymphonyPlease join us for an entertaining evening to benefit the Pueblo Symphony Orchestra. The Madri Gras Dinner and Dance is sponsored by the PS! (Pueblo Symphony) Friends. The event will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2003, in the Occhiato Ballroom on the campus of the University of Southern Colorado. It begins with cocktails at 5:30 p.m., where you may bid on music-related silent auction items. Following cocktail hour, a special performance by the Pueblo Symphony Orchestra, Dr. Jacob Chi, conductor, will take place. Don Weinhouse will entertain participants during the dinner hour. A special menu has been created. It will feature Shrimp Louis Salad, Chicken Jambalaya, Dirty Rice, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Corn Bread, and Bourbon Street Pecan Pie. After dinner, there will be dancing to the Springs City Jazz Band. The price is $75 per person/$150 per couple. Corporate tables are also available. Masks are encouraged.
