Infant Massage Class Offered By Memorial Hospital
Infant massage deepens bonding, relieves colic, helps development and enhances loving communication between parents and child. This four-week series will be held at 10 a.m. on Fridays starting March 1. Cynthia Jacobs, who is certified by the International Association of Infant Massage, will teach this class. Memorial Hospital Offers "Mastering Massage"
Discover the technique of therapeutic massage for couples. This two-part series teaches a healthy way to relieve stress and revitalize tired muscles. This two-day class will be offered Thursday and Friday, March 28 and 29. The class will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. and the cost is only $50 per couple. Tai Chi Class Offered By Memorial Hospital
Tai Chi, the ancient martial art, can help you reduce stress, strengthen your muscles and improve your physical conditioning. This class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 4 through April 10. You can take the class at .7:30 a.m. at The Citadel, Picnic on the Terrace Food Court or at 6 p.m. at Memorial Hospital. The cost is only $50.
