Head Start Now Enrolling For 2001-2002 School Year

Hosting Convenient Community Enrollment Locations

Community Partnership for Child Development (CPCD)/ Head Start is now enrolling for its quality FREE infant, toddler, and preschool programs. If you live in El Paso County you may qualify for one of CPCD's free child development programs. Income is not a factor for all programs and full-day, full-year options are available. To make it easy to enroll your child, CPCD has set up enrollment locations throughout the community that will be open until the end of August. Drop by any of the locations, but please call 635-1536 beforehand to find out if you qualify and to get a list of what to bring with you.

Mondays until August 27th: Dept. of Human Services, 17 N. Spruce St., 8 am to noon. Or, Ft. Carson Family Services, 5510 Harr St., 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Tuesdays until August 28th: Community Health Center, 2828 International Circle, 9 am to 3 pm.

Wednesdays until August 29th: Care & Share, 4875 Northpark Dr., 1 pm to 4 pm. Or, Early Head Start Center, 1520 Verde Dr., 2 pm to 6 pm.

Thursdays until August 30th: Security Public Library, 715 Aspen Dr., 2pm to 6 pm.

Fridays until August 31st: Deerfield Hills Community Center, 4290 Deerfield Hills Rd., noon to 4 pm. Parents may also enroll their child at CPCD's central office at 2330 Robinson St., Monday through Friday, 8 an to 4:30 pm.

Call 635-1536 to find out if you qualify for one of our programs. Don't put it off, only so many spaces are available in the programs!
